I like the swarm system it's a big help and is easy to work with.

Is there a way to do a reset when a swarm is claimed but when the reporter is contacted they say someone else is on the way.

This has happened twice to me today! It puts me back at the end of the rotation and I miss a cycle.

Perhaps have the reporter call back and withdraw the report?
