Can anyone advise what is going on with this guy?  I found this bee on the ground in front of the hive struggling to get out of the grass but it seemed unable to fly and the wings seemed smaller than the others flying in and out of the hive.  I know the picture isn't great but hope it's good enough for someone to determine what the problem might be.

This time of year bee live about 6 weeks, one of the reasons they die is that their wings "wear" out and they are unable to fly.  More that likely this is what you are looking at.  Generally with diseases there are a lot of bee with the same issues.

    Thanks.  That's good news.
