Bees not feeding

My package bees seem to have been doing fine since install on April 4, when I started feeding. Today I checked the round feeder and found that they have not consumed any syrup In four days. There were only a few bees circulating around the top of the cup, drinking water, I think. I have Vivaldi boards installed because I discovered some black mold inside on some undrawn frames (east side).

The odd thing I noticed was that the few bees flying were using only 25% of the wide open entrance (West side). There were fewer flyers than last week. They have taken zero syrup in four days. Windy and raining, it was OK to check feeders, but I did not open the hive.

The weather is not looking good for inspection until Friday for a look see. I will report what I find and am open to suggestions in the meantime. Thanks all.

I'm only feeding one hive at the present time, a swarm I caught a week or so ago.  When the weather was up in the eighties, they took down a couple of quarts of one to one syrup in a matter of days.  Now that the temperatures have dropped, they aren't interested in the syrup.
