I just had a guy from Insight Pest Solutions at my house to deal with yellow jackets in my chimney. He said they're new to the Portland area (out of Tacoma) and are looking for a local beekeeper to call when they find honey bees in someone's house since they'd rather not kill them and don't do that kind of extraction themselves.
